How Puppy Adventure Club Onboarding Works

Begin by completing the New Client Onboarding Form in Time To Pet.
This helps us learn your puppy’s routines, history, preferences, and any behavioral notes ahead of time. -
A team member visits your home to:
meet your puppy
walk through your setup and access
review your puppy’s needs and developmental stage
talk through goals, concerns, and preferences
confirm scheduling + membership
answer questions
This visit ensures we are fully aligned before your puppy’s first adventure.

After your Meet & Greet, your puppy is ready to join their developmentally matched group.
There are no trial days, no multiple-step onboarding, and no formal temperament testing.
We meet puppies exactly where they are and help them build confidence at their own pace.
