Cat Care in Milwaukee
Behavior-informed, confidence-building care for cats of every age, temperament, and medical need.
Cats aren’t small dogs — and their care shouldn’t be treated like it.
With decades of feline experience, a home full of cats of her own, and deep ties to Milwaukee’s rescue community, Lori and the Off Leash MKE team bring a level of cat understanding, emotional awareness, and species-appropriate handling that is rare in the pet-care world.
Whether your cat is shy, social, senior, spicy, sensitive, or medically complex, we approach every visit with patience, respect, and genuine feline fluency.
Cat Care visits are open to all clients, with overnights reserved for Off Leash MKE members.
Why Our Cat Care Is Different
Behavior-Literate, Cat-First Approach
Led by a lifelong cat guardian with 7 cats at home, extensive experience in TNR, fostering, and behavior work through Urban Cat Coalition, and training through Jackson Galaxy’s Cat Positive program, our cat care is rooted in understanding how cats think, feel, and communicate.
Species-Appropriate Handling
We honor feline boundaries.
We don’t force interaction.
We build trust gradually, especially for shy or semi-feral cats.
