We recently had the chance to sit down with Visit Milwaukee for an episode of Joshing Around Milwaukee to talk about Off Leash MKE, our Adventure Club for Dogs, and what it means to build a pet care company around enrichment, adventure, and the individual needs of every pet we care for.
As Off Leash MKE celebrates 10 years in Milwaukee, it was especially meaningful to look back at how it all started—and how much we've grown along the way.
From Dog Walking to Milwaukee’s Adventure Club for Dogs
Off Leash MKE started in 2016 with a simple goal: to provide thoughtful, professional pet care that gives busy Milwaukee pet parents peace of mind while giving their dogs more fulfilling lives.
Over the years, that has grown into so much more.
Today, our team provides professional dog walking, small-group Adventure Club outings, solo Sniffaris and decompression adventures, puppy services, dog training, cat care, and in-home pet care throughout Milwaukee County.
Our Adventure Club for Dogs has become a huge part of who we are. Instead of simply getting dogs out of the house, we give them opportunities to sniff, explore, move their bodies, build confidence, experience new environments, and just enjoy being dogs.

During our conversation with Joshing Around Milwaukee, we talked about how Off Leash MKE got its start, what makes our approach to pet care different, and why enrichment and individualized care are at the center of what we do.
We also got to talk about one of our favorite parts of this business: Milwaukee itself.
From trails and green spaces to dog-friendly local businesses and community events, our city gives us some pretty incredible opportunities to create meaningful experiences for the dogs in our care.
After 10 years, we're incredibly grateful to still be exploring Milwaukee alongside them.
